If you don't like your product, you can return it free of charge within 14 days.

Please note the different refund conditions. You can find them in the description of the corresponding item.

Do you have a customer account?
Of course, you can easily request a return label at any time through your personal customer account.

Place the unwanted items in the package and affix the return label to the outside of the package.

This ensures the return is free for you and addressed to the correct recipient.

Don't have a customer account?

If you placed your order as a guest, you can register the return on the invoice or delivery confirmation of your order, which you will receive by email.

Package return:

You can leave the parcel at parcel shops and packing stations.
You can find a DHL post office near you here.
Please note that in some cases, the return may also be processed by other parcel service providers.
As soon as the parcel service provider has received your return and you are on your way to us, you will receive a confirmation email.


Keep the return receipt issued until the return confirmation is complete.

Receive a refund:

We will notify you by email as soon as we receive your return at our logistics center. Please allow us a few more days to process your return.
You will receive a separate return confirmation by email once the processing is complete.
Payment will be made using the payment method you selected for your order.
 
Please understand that a new invoice will not be issued due to a partial refund.
